Kemps Country House

 is situated in unspoilt Dorset countryside. Facing south, the hotel overlooks the Valley of the Frome and has wonderful views of the Purbeck Hills.

There are many local attractions nearby, including Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle and the seaside resort of Swanage.

Once a Victorian Rectory built in 1874, the house provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay. There are two lounges and a bar.

Real log fires burn in the grate in Winter, and in Summer you can enjoy sitting on the terrace in the garden.

The Bankes Arms Hotel

The Bankes Arms Hotel is situated in The Square of Corfe Castle village, just 150 metres from the Castle entrance. Countryman Inn

The Countryman is a family pub in the heart of Hardy Country, situated just off the A352 at East Knighton.

Bed and breakfast accommodation is available and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The bars have cosy fires and a rustic atmosphere. An extensive range of beers and lagers is available, including low-alcohol brands. Good, home-cooked food is served. A vegetarian menu is also offered.

Children are well-catered for in the family room, play area and garden. There is even a special children's menu.

Worgret Manor Hotel ***

The Worgret Manor Hotel is situated in a lovingly refurbished Georgian manor house, half a mile from Wareham, on the A352 to Wool and Dorchester.

This three star Hotel is approximately 4 miles from “Purbeck Shooting School”. Accommodation is provided on a “Bed and Breakfast” and “Dinner Bed & Breakfast” basis. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are well equipped.
